Video storage
Video storage is an optional feature that can be activated in any package. IPCamLive servers record video footage from the live stream and you can play the last couple of hours back depending on the storage plan you selected.

Monthly payment
We provide pay-as-you-go service. This means that you will be invoiced at the beginning of each month based on the services we provided during the previous month.
Prepayments
It is possible to make an upfront payment, so you do not need to worry about monthly invoices. The advantage of using this option is that we provide 5% discount for 6 months or 10% for 12 months in advance payment.
Payment methods
Basic payment method is PayPal, but we accept direct bank transfer for prepayments. For direct bank transfer, please contact our support for more details.
